With 72 per cent of the rail workforce across Australia and New Zealand made up of men, achieving meaningful industry-wide inclusion requires men to be active participants in the diversity conversation.

This two-hour online workshop provides a dedicated forum for men to have open, honest and practical conversations about inclusion in the rail workplace. It is a space to explore challenges, hear diverse perspectives from across the industry and strengthen respectful, high-performing team cultures.
